Please note that FedEx will only ship to a physical street address.All Oklahoma awards are subject to 5% state and county sales taxes.The Association regrets we cannot verify shopping lists of potential nominees. Please nominate deserving candidates and verify whether they are prior recipients. One such solution would be to make that part of the incoming process.All Ancient Orders of Saint Barbara go to the Chief of Field Artillery, Fort Sill, for approval. Please be sure to include a justification for each Ancient Order nomination. The same applies for Honorable Orders of Saint Barbara and Orders of Molly Pitcher, when there is no serving Field Artillery Commander in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or above to approve the nominations. If justifications do not accompany award nomination forms, the submission in not considered complete and we cannot process your order until the required documents are received. Please be advised that a late submission of justification letters will subject the nomination to the 25% late fee if not received 30 days prior to the presentation date.v All orders will be paid in full before processing. The Association accepts one payment from one source per order. The payment may be a combination of checks, cash, and credit card, but it must be payment in full, received all at one time. | ||||
